Dear Iranian - American Community

We would like to inform you that the Annual Meeting of IAB will be

held on Sunday May 6th 2012 at 2:00 PM at Khaneh-ye Iran (17 Nichols

Ave. Watertown, MA). The invitation letter to the Annual Meeting was

mailed to the current IAB members on April 6. If you have not received it and need more information, please contact the IAB Clerk, Simin Bakhtiar ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

The Annual Meeting is for IAB members ONLY. If you are not a
current member and would like to participate in the election process,
you should become a member. Once you become a member, you are
eligible to nominate your candidate and participate in the ensuing
election process. In addition, you can take advantage of other benefits
that IAB offers for its members as we frequently announce and indicate
in our newsletter. The membership form is available online by visiting www.iaboston.org. Your paid IAB membership application should
preferably be mailed before April 25 or at the latest April 27.

We invite our members to take part of the Annual Meeting. If you are

Chair and the President will report on the previous fiscal year's
activities. A financial report will be presented by the Treasurer and
the Auditor. The council nominees for the upcoming vacant seats will
be announced and then the nomination of IAB members' candidates will
take place. Your attendance and active participation at this "members
only" event is highly encouraged.
